The Challenge
The existing vinyl PVC floor had to be removed without damaging the boat structure in a marine environment, and the floor had to be leveled with zero tolerance using self-leveling screed in narrow spaces and humid conditions.
Our Professional Solution
The old floor was meticulously removed. The floor was leveled by applying self-leveling screed. Then, the new PVC roll flooring was laid and hot welding was applied to the joints to ensure liquid tightness.
